Welcome to week twenty-two.
This week’s a Bank Holiday weekend, so it’s been a short work week. Still, it has been a productive one.
As planned I started Book Three of the series. Some days have been more of a struggle than others, but I managed the 3K a day or more Monday through Friday, which is good. Next week, from Tuesday onwards, I’ll continue, but there will be more disruption next week as I also have to get the car MOT’d and serviced.
Nothing to report here this week.

Welcome to week twenty-one.
This week I finished the screen edit of Book Two and I printed it out ready for a paper edit. I also formatted Book One for print, so that the next run through will be a read out loud on Kindle. Next week, I start writing Book Three. I’m pantsing this one more than the first two, but I do know where it starts, ends and some of where the characters are going in the middle. I’m not sure whether I’ll manage a 3K per day rate, but I’ll try. There might be a few interruptions to my writing over the next couple of weeks, though, so it won’t be a straight run through.
I finally finished the non-fiction book and got it out. Yay! That’s a relief. Nothing much else to report on other projects this week.

Welcome to week twenty.
This week I did manage to finish the read through of Book One and I started the edit of Book Two. I’m probably about 2/3 through the edit. So, I’ll continue with that this week.
I did nothing on the non-fiction book this week, which is disappointing, but the weather was good over the weekend and I really needed to get some work done in the garden. If I finish the edit above, this is the next priority. If I don’t, this will be the priority the following week. I must get it finished and out, just so I don’t have to keep thinking about it.

Welcome to week nineteen.
So, I’m either doing something really silly, or scheduled posts aren’t working properly, because last week’s post didn’t turn up again. It’s probably me. I’ll try to remember to check this has posted tomorrow.
I completed the transcription of all the paper edits for book one and re-read each chapter as I went for any more edits. Today, Sunday, I started a read-through on the Kindle. I’ll continue that over the coming week and also start a screen edit of book two. Hopefully, I won’t get too confused between the stories!
I sent off my flash-fiction story for the anthology that I mentioned last week.
I’ve also made progress on the non-fiction book. I have the ebook cover done and the Kindle version ready to go. The print book is formatted. This week I hope to get all the other versions uploaded and to make everything live.

Welcome to week eighteen.
And it’s another Bank Holiday weekend. Yay!
This week has been a busy week. I finished the first draft of Norse 2. I also finished the paper edit of Norse 1. That means I now have a huge pile of paper with marks on that I have to transcribe next week. I reckon that’ ll take most of the week, especially as Monday is effectively removed from the equation. If I do get that edit transcribed, I’ll start a Kindle read through of the text.
The non-fiction book I was working on is more or less there for the eBook. I’m still working on the cover and I have to put it into paperback format as well. I hope to get most of that done in the coming week.
I also submitted a flash-fiction to a competition and wrote another for an anthology that I need to submit in the coming week.
